San Diego, CA ‑ May 9, 2010 – On Friday, May 14th, A Gentle Way Yoga & Joyful Movement Center will participate in the Alvarado Hospital Wellness Expo from
11 a.m. – 7 p.m. at the SDRI Conference Center, 6645 Alvarado Road in San Diego. The Studio will be providing expert tips on how you can experience the benefits of yoga as well as interactive yoga demonstrations.
Yoga, a practice that can yield many health benefits, can be easily adapted into any fitness or well-being program. The Wellness Council of America reports that the return on investment for employers who support wellness programs for their employees is $3.00 on every dollar invested. The Wellness Expo is being offered free to the employees of Alvarado Hospital.
